In a telephone conversation, the Qatari premier envisioned a definite overthrow of the Saudi regime, saying Qatar will step in the al-Qatif and al-Sharqiya regions one day and Saudi Arabia will be disintegrated.

If Saudi Arabia and Qatar were donkeys, they would be stumbling, tripping each other along the way, with the West supplying crutches. Likewise with Bahrain. In this case, the hype of a sporting event would be a splintering crutch...

In a related mystery, that of the would-be defector Wang Lijun, we find this curious item in the following story...

Did U.S. fumble chance to peer inside China's secretive leadership?

Current and former U.S. officials said Wang provided detailed allegations of corruption involving Bo and his wife. But the U.S. government is guarding these details tightly, with access to cable traffic about the matter blocked, even for top officials who would normally get to see such material...

Indications of advanced skullduggery indeed, which we cannot begin to untangle. However, as Bo has met his downfall, Xi Jinping is set to secure the post, tilting China with Russia in common cause against the West.

As we close in on the thick of political campaign season, we are keeping a sharp eye out for the raw gangsterism of a type that occurred the last time around...

WorldNetDaily (Jerome Corsi): HILLARY SUPPORTER'S UNTOLD OBAMA HORROR STORIES

Thomas found out that the rules of the Democratic National Convention provided that if 300 delegates for a particular candidate signed a petition – with not more than 50 from one state – the candidate’s delegates would have to be counted on the first ballot.

She quit her job for three months and dedicated herself to collecting petitions from Hillary delegates across the country...

Thomas turned to Bill Gwatney, the chairman of the Arkansas Democratic Party and a close personal friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton, to pick a super-delegate from the Arkansas delegation to introduce her petition at the convention.

On Aug. 13, 2008, a gunman entered the Arkansas Democratic Party headquarters, walked down the hallway to Gwatney’s office and fired several shots at him, killing him instantly. The assailant, identified as Timothy D. Johnson, was fatally wounded by the police after a long car chase.

The Democratic National Convention began in Denver less than two weeks later.

Thomas said she also had approached former U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones from Ohio, “an African-American woman who had been campaigning for Hillary from the beginning to the end, and who never wavered in her support even though she had major threats from the Obama campaign and from the black community that she had better change her support.”

“Unfortunately, Stephanie Tubbs Jones died of a supposed brain aneurysm just before the Democratic National Convention,” Thomas recalled...

Conservative journalist Andrew Breitbart suffered a similar sudden death with curious timing, though attributed to natural causes, as the autopsy report released on April 20th concludes. But also on April 20th, Michael Cormier, a forensic technician and photographer at the L.A. County Coroner's office, also died "under mysterious circumstances," possibly as a result of arsenic poisoning. It is unclear if Cormier worked on Breitbart's case; and if he did, whether or not he had evidence that contradicted the final report. If he did photograph or examine Breitbart's fresh corpse, he may have documented such conditions as were described by the eye-witness who called 911, the significance of which is noted by Crime File News...

Andrew Breitbart’s Autopsy Report Lacks Important Answers and Raises More Questions

I interviewed witness Christopher Lassiter who saw Beritbart cross the street from the Brentwood, step onto a curb and, “drop like a sack of potatoes.”... I asked Lassiter specifically about Breitbart’s skin color and he said it was “bright red.” That bothered me because as an Army medical corpsman I knew that most heart attack victims turned blue.

In any case, the uncertainty is breeding only more question-mark headlines, including this one from WND...

MYSTERY 'OBAMA MINIONS' MESSAGE SPOOKS RUSH

Like Breitbart, Limbaugh has his own heart problems. Is this an effort then to induce "the big one" and shut up Rush once and for all?

And it is not just such high-profile figures as Rush that are being harassed. As pathetic as most mainstream news reporting is these days, there is perhaps a reason why journalists are so timid. When they do venture into investigative reporting on certain subjects, they can expect treatment like this...

The disasters that keep giving...

Florida Oil Spill Law2 years later, fish sick near BP disaster -- Sores, parasitic infections, gashes, mysterious black streaks -- Fish, coral, seaweed, dolphins, mangroves, more

BP's continuing PR cover-up campaign includes not only the ubiquitous ads running on radio, television, You-tube videos, etc. but a literal cover-up on the waters and beaches of the gulf, as Wayne Madsen Reports...

Grand Isle, LA -- SPECIAL REPORT. Two years later on the Gulf Coast: It's not the same, it's worse

Tar balls are still washing ashore on the beach at Grand Isle. The local residents are sure that the oil still arising from the floor of the Gulf is the result of the spraying of Corexit into the Gulf waters. They maintain that BP's only goal was to eliminate the oil sheen from the water surface. The use of Corexit sank the oil to the water's sub-surface and ocean floor, the latter where the marine food chain begins. What infuriates Grand Islanders even more is the fact that the U.S. military was involved in dumping Corexit into the Gulf and the U.S. Coast Guard acted as a virtual law enforcement arm working on behalf of BP to deter journalists, environmental activists, and others from poking around in Gulf waters, beaches, and estuaries after the disaster...

BP has reacted to the current situation by continuing its cover-up operations, not only in the Gulf waters but also ashore. With dead fish, marine mammals, and birds continuing to wash ashore at Grand Isle, BP, every early morning at around 3:00 am, dispatches plowing and tilling tractors to run up and down the five-mile long beach to pick up the dead animals and grind up the tar balls and mix them in with the sand.
