Rush Limbaugh leaves the reservation again (or has he? -more below), and has hit upon a rather novel idea...

His crude and ungentlemanly name-calling aside, it is only fair, is it not? - that the tax payer who foots the bill enabling sexual promiscuity should reap some benefit. A public dole for sexual activity is perhaps a unique form of welfare in that the recipient can, in the entrepreneurial spirit, creatively give back to society out of gratitude for the public assistance.
But seriously, why is Rush feeding in the very briar patch of the "contraception debate" which he has previously alleged is a contrived controversy manufactured by Democratic operatives in order to frame the election year under the Republicans-want-to-outlaw-contraception! meme. Has he not fallen right into the trap that was prepared for him?
