A video shot over the north coast of Hokkaido in the summer of '07 prompts much speculatuion, including:
1. Chemtrails -no, these formations are nothing like chemtrails.
2. HAARP experiments -or some sort of weather war machine... perhaps.
3. Natural condensation waves... -perhaps, but very rare.
The airline pilot with 35 years flying experience is quoted to say this is a first for him.
