In other developments, the Qui Tam cases (for which Hutchison filed an affidavit) concerning the alleged deployment of directed energy weapons at the World Trade Center were dismissed.

The pentagonal eye of Erin is odd...
But what is the suggestion? The directed energy weapons deployed upon the World Trade Center were somehow tied up with weather warfare?
The magnetometer data is very interesting, but what is implied? That HAARP was the DEW? Looking closely at the timing of the southward and westward deviations, this would seem unlikely, as the first tower has fallen before the "switch was flipped"... If these deviations are indicative of HAARP going operational, the timing would seem more likely to suggest that it was being employed for communications interception, one of its stated purposes.
